Renew Online Vehicles - http://www.dol.wa.gov/vehicleregistration/howtorenewyourtabs.html Vessels - http://www.dol.wa.gov/vehicleregistration/boats.html What you will need to renew online: * Vehicle/Vessel information including the last 4 of VIN/HULL Renew in our office What you will need to renew in our office: * Drivers license or any government issued identification * Vehicle/Vessel information for any vehicle/vessels that you want to renew If someone else other than registered owner you must have * The same last name or address as the registered owner showing on your identification or * A note of permission from registered owner that includes; date, vehicle/vessel information and the name of the person they are giving permission to Payment options: Cash and Check (no fee) Debit $2

Buying In state you will need: * Vehicle/Vessel Title with signatures of all registered and legal owners to release interest in the vehicle * Bill of sale that includes vehicle information,date, purchase price and names of all parties involved. or * Gift note if vehicle/vessel is being gifted * Newer titles have a section for purchase price on title therefore a bill of sale may not be required. * Odometer if vehicle is 9 years or newer Buying from out of state you will need: * Vehicle/Vessel Title with signatures of all registered and legal owners to release interest in the vehicle * Bill of sale that includes vehicle information,date, purchase price and names of all parties involved. or * Gift note if vehicle is being gifted * If vehicle is being gifted from a state that does NOT collect sales tax, tax will be due on the fair market value unless proof of tax paid is provided. * Odometer if vehicle is 9 years or newer

Quick Titles are titles that are issued same day by authorized offices. Woodinville License Agency is proud to be a participating Quick title office. Quick Titles are allowed in person at an approved agent and subagent office, by mail, to vehicles and vessels with a clear WA record, to new vehicles and vessels with an MSO/MCO, and to vehicles or vessels registered in Canada purchased by WA residents or dealers. Quick Titles can only be mailed or given to owners of record. A notarized Power of Attorney or notarized letter of permission will be required if someone other than the registered owner on record will be picking up quick title. Quick Titles may not be processed if: * There is no Washington record * For snowmobiles * A vehicle is to be newly branded as salvage, rebuilt, etc

To register your vehicle in Washington you will need: * Washington state drivers license * Title to your vehicle * If you are financing your vehicle you will need to contact your lien holder and obtain a FRONT and BACK copy if you need help with this you can contact our office and we can send in a request in for you. * For leased vehicles we may need the actual title. Please contact our office for additional instructions. * Odometer reading for vehicle 9 years and newer * Proof of sales tax paid in the previous state may be required if vehicle has not been owned for more than 90 days. * For recreational vehicles proof of sales tax maybe required. If proof is not presented you may be required to pay use tax.

All boat/jet ski registrations expire June 30th Renewal notices for these are not mailed out but you can sign up for online renewal reminders What Needs to Be Licensed? All powerboats, such as, Ski Boats, Jet Boats, Jet Skis and Sea-doos Other types of personal watercraft such as Sailboats over 16 feet and small boats over 16 feet, or boats with a motor of 10 horsepower of more. Any boat to be used on any Federal Waterways or connecting smaller waterways, or body of water that drains into a Federal Waterway.

Vehicle Permits Trip permit A 3 day trip permit allows you to operate an unlicense vehicle on public highways. Each permit is valid for 3 consecutive days. Any amount of permits may be purchased but only 3 may be used in a 30 day period. Cost is $33.00 Transit Permits A permit that authorizes an unlicensed vehicle to be operated in order to get documentation that is required to complete title transfer or registration. Transit permits are only valid on the 2 dates listed on the permit and for the purpose indicated on the permit as well. A transit permit may only be used once per vehicle. Valid purposes include: * Washington state patrol * Certified weighing scale * California emissions compliace verification Cost is $8.00 Unlicensed vehicles are vehicles that have expired tabs or the current gross weight isn't enough for the load being carried * Except off road vehicles or non highway use vehicles
